FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: device contains chamber with fine-grained magnetic-abrasive material and gates for its loading-unloading. In order to maintain magnetic-abrasive material in suspended condition with provision of boiling layer, header is arranged as well as caps installed in header for spouted fluidisation of boiling layer. Item is fixed in chamber with the possibility of slow rotary motion. Alternating electromagnets are installed in its walls with the possibility of successive pairwise connection of diametrically opposite electromagnets with provision of pointed pulse influence of magnetic-abrasive material at cleaned and/or processed surface.;EFFECT: higher quality and intensity of processing by provision of efficient pointed influence of magnetic-abrasive material boiling layer and electromagnets at item surface.;2 cl, 1 dwg
