Differential amplifier (DA) includes first (1) and second (2) input transistors (T), current mirror (3) with its input connected to T (1) collector and its output connected to T (2) collector and first output T (4) base, static mode circuit (5) with its first (6) and second (7) outputs connected to T (1, 2) emitters, and featuring non-inverting input (8) against first output (6). Additional output T (9) is introduced to the circuit, with its emitter connected to T (4) collector, its base connected to non-inverting input (8) of static mode circuit (5), and its collector functioning as DA current output (10).;EFFECT: enhanced voltage amplification factor.;3 cl, 7 dwg
