FIELD: transport.;SUBSTANCE: device for lowering people in emergency comprises elements to fasten the said device on to vertical wall, portable prop and cable with a fixture to lower people. The device can be locked at the building ledge or in its opening by making at attachment appliance linked with the portable prop and representing a guide. The aforesaid guide accommodates a hook furnished with a fitting to move relative to the prop and be locked thereto and, on the said guide other side, there is a stop linked to the said prop. The prop top part is rigidly linked to the plate arranged to rest on the building opening vertical part and furnished with a hole for the cable to pass through. Number of guides, stops and hooks is equal and makes at least two for every of the aforesaid elements.;EFFECT: quick fastening of proposed device to lower people in emergency.;2 cl, 5 dwg
