The proposed utility model relates to thermonuclear energy, in particular, tokamak limiter devices without a divertor, designed to protect the walls of the discharge chamber from excessively intense interaction with plasma and relieve high thermal loads carried by the plasma stream. A limiter receiving element containing a capillary-porous mat made of metal fibers, mounted directly on the continuous wall of the reactor coolant path, a lithium supply path that hydraulically connects the mat of the receiving surface directly with an external lithium feed tank, as well as a device for maintaining and temperature control, placed coaxially in the channel of the reactor coolant supply path.
