The invention relates to the construction and maintenance of roads, namely, to devices for removing road markings with coatings. The apparatus comprises a base vehicle 1 with the equipment installed therein, which includes means for counting the damaging effects and mechanical means for removing marking particles. As a means of damaging effects of base vehicle 1 is provided with half the operating device in the form of an acoustic emitter 2 and combined with it the nozzle 3 for supplying hydraulic fluid to the zone marking location, and means for the mechanical removal of particles in the form of brushes with metal bristles 11 is provided with a suction device 12. The acoustic emitter 2 provided with an elastic casing 9, connected to a generator of electric current, and the nozzle 3 is connected with a source of working fluid. Wherein the electric current generator, a suction device 12 and a source of hydraulic fluid housed in the body 13 of base vehicle 1, and the working fluid exerted on the markup applied with an abrasive slurry. When sonicated marking material 4 is subjected to degradation by a solid abrasive grains contained in the working fluid, which leads to deterioration of physical and mechanical properties of the marking 4 and weakens its adhesion to the roadway.
