Method and device for structured detection and processing of the problems which occur in a system

A data memory (1) stores data records of well-known problems that arise in the system. Each data record includes a designation of and at least one solution to a problem. A control equipment (2) transmits the designations of the problems to a user (4) through a user interface (3). The user interface allows the user to simultaneously select data records. The control equipment has a CPU that determines solutions to problems selected by the user based on the stored data records, and transmits the solutions to the user through the user interface. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a structured problem collection and treatment device; and (2) a computer program product.
