The disc has an attachment point at a surface of the disc. A commercial climbing grip is attached at the attachment point. Three welded components are connected with each other. The commercial grip is rotated around 360 degrees using screws, where a level of difficulty of the grip is determined through different positions of the grip on the disk. A carabiner of a pulling apparatus or a Bowden cable is hung in a carabiner receiver. The disk is made of stainless steel.
