The construction (1) has base modules (2, 2`) mounted on plate units that are insertable as a base plate and cover plate. Vertical support bars (4), side wall parts (5, 5`) and the base modules are selectively fixed in a complete cell form or in the form of individual parts on a prefabricated foundation of a building site such that the basis modules are detached from a building structure (G) after a given service life. The building structure is build at another building site.
