The transmission device (1) has a differential (2), which is permanently connected to output shafts. An element of every planetary gear set is connected with the differential cage, and another element is connected with the outputs. The third element is coupled or braked in an adjustable manner for producing an overlapping torque over a brake (9,10) against a fixed housing (G) of the transmission device.
