Independent claims are included for: (1) an electronic circuit comprising at least two organic-polymeric- or organic-inorganic field effect transistors; (2) the manufacturing of the field effect transistor or electronic circuit comprising mixing the fullerene or a mixture of p type-conducting material with a liquid, which is a solvent mixture or a solvent with a proportion of a non-solvent to give the semiconducting layer, followed by drying; (3) a semi-conducting layer obtained by the process; and (4) a fullerene derivative.
