The grinding tool (1) has a grinding lateral surface (4) provided between two end faces (2, 3). The grinding lateral surface is provided with slots, where the slots are formed in the form of continuous conveying helixes (7, 8). The conveying helixes begin at the end face (2) and terminate at the end face (3), where the conveying helixes are arranged inclined to a rotational axis (6) of the grinding tool under a helix angle. The helix angle takes a value between 40 degree and 50 degree, where the grinding wheel is formed as single part or multipart.
