The tool has an outside circulating flat iron rim (1) provided at a pipe flange. The flat iron rim is set upright and serves as guidance. U-profile (3) runs within an interior of the rim for receiving tractive forces. Ring nuts (4) or lugs are attached on the U-profile. A metal sheet is provided in middle of a channel construction for stabilization of a middle point. The U-profile is utilized as a crossing and welded at four points at a flat ring for reinforcement of a flat iron. Drillings are inward set to 300 millimeter by the flat iron ring.
