The method involves providing a high-grade steel screw with corrosion-preventing zinc-aluminum-lamella coating, where the coating is plated in a thickness of 5 to 10 micrometers. The screw is coated with metallic zinc and with a chemical adhesive layer, where the screw is provided a screw shank. The coating of the screw is burned at a temperature of 180 degrees. The corrosion-preventing zinc-aluminum-lamella coating is provided as a friction-preventing coating.
