The arrangement has a foil-like structure (2) running along a floor (1) e.g. liquid floor, where the foil-like structure e.g. polyethylene foil and polyvinyl chloride foil, is provided partially with an adhesive layer on a placer that is remote from the floor. The foil-like structure is fastened directly to another foil-like structure with an adhesive e.g. dispomelt 8638E. An impact noise insulating layer (3) and/or heat insulating layer (4) are arranged below the foil-like structure, where the two layers (3, 4) are fastened directly to the foil-like structure with the adhesive. An independent claim is also included for a method for laying a floor.
