The assembly has a guiding wagon (2) arranged movably along a guide rail (1), which has measuring head (5) mounted detachably at the front side over an adapter plate (4) with a recess for passing of the guide rail. The connecting pins (6a,6b,6c) are clamped in the dowel hole (7a,7b,7c) by corresponding fastening screws (8a,8b,8c,8d). The fastening screws clamp each assigned connecting pin of lateral surface (9,10), which run parallel to the mounting direction of the measuring head or adapter plate, for allowing the fastening of the measuring head with the adapter plate.
