The procedure for connecting components (10, 11) from same or different materials, comprises bringing a recess (12) into the component, injecting a finely-grained powdered weld filler (14) having a particle size of 3-30 mu m into a highly accelerated cold gas jet and filling the recess with the weld filler, which is sprayed with high speed of the gas jet into the recess. The weld filler joins a well adhering, tight connection with the surface of the other component and a firmly bonded connection is obtained between the components. The procedure for connecting components (10, 11) from same or different materials, comprises bringing a recess (12) into the component, injecting a finely-grained powdered weld filler (14) having a particle size of 3-30 mu m into a highly accelerated cold gas jet and filling the recess with the weld filler, which is sprayed with high speed of the gas jet into the recess. The weld filler joins a well adhering, tight connection with the surface of the other component and a firmly bonded connection is obtained between the components. Before the injection of the weld filler, the gas jet is accelerated on supersonic speed of 300-1200 m/s and is heated below the fusing temperature of weld filler. The powdered weld fillers are partly melted before injecting or during the spraying procedure and the degree of fusion is 80%. The weld fillers are present at 90[deg]C for the entire procedure. Dry air or nitrogen is used as a process gas for the gas jet. Before the spraying of the weld filler, the recess of the component is cleaned and dried by the gas jet without powder supply. The materials of the components are used as the powdered weld fillers. The surface of the component is subjected to a sand jet treatment, a laser treatment, a sharpening- or a brushing- or an etching procedure. An independent claim is included for a connection of components from same or different materials.
