The arrangement has a number of LEDs (2) respectively exhibiting a right connecting lead (RA) and a left connecting lead (LA). The right connecting leads are fixedly and conductively soldered with the left connecting leads that are conductively and fixedly connected with a left conductor strip (LLS). The right and the left connecting leads extend by openings (O) of a blinding foil (BF), where the blinding foil is coated with the polyester lamination. The LEDs are arranged next to each other in several rows (4) and form a matrix.
