The holder (1) has flow wings (6) rotating the holder, which is held on a liquid (3) in a swimming manner, by using warm air provided around a centre point. The warm air is developed during burning candles (10) e.g. tea light candles, where the candles are arranged circularly around a centre point (8). The candles are arranged closely next to each other such that the warm air is diverted to the centre point. A base of a swimming bowl (4) is formed in a conical manner, where the bowl is covered with a cover plate.
