The method for forming an aluminum sleeve entails preparing the material (1) in which a coating of an aluminum alloy is produced for it, forging (2) the aluminum material into a sleeve, detailed cutting to size (3) of the sleeve, thermally treating (5) the sleeve for enhancing and hardening of the forged sleeve, and anodizing (7) the sleeve for forming a film on the sleeve. Machining with at least one rolling or grinding process, and polishing and vibrating, is carried out between the forging and thermal treatment.
