The device has a capacitive layer (CL) formed in an individual section of a vehicle body structure (K) for storing electric energy, where the body structure is formed by a car body. The body structure exhibits a supporting structure and an enclosed structure, where the individual section comprises the capacitive layer in the enclosed structure. The capacitive layer comprises two capacitor layers made of aluminum and to form a polymer-capacitor, which has a planar layer structure.
