The system (1) has a closed secondary circuit (31) with secondary-circuit-coolers (18, 19), where heat dissipated by a heat carrier such as compressed air, is delivered from a heat-delivering part (17) to the coolers. An expansion machine (21) of the secondary circuit transforms energy in form of the heat into mechanical work for driving a fan (24) and an electrical machine (24) to realize heat dissipation of the system. The fan (23) generates air flow flowing through a heat-cooler (26) of the secondary circuit.
