The assembly has a wheel (40) fitted in a receiving space of a housing (10), and a securing axle is rotatably mounted in the receiving space of the housing. The wheel is engaged selectively in the securing axle for rotating the securing axle, where an end of the securing axle is screwed into an article i.e. notebook-computer, with a screw thread by the rotation of the wheel and the securing axle together. An assembly component is formed on the securing axle proximate to an active end and is provided in non-circular cross section for fixed fitting in a tappet hole of an active retainer.
