The drum has an outer winding contour for winding the rope drum with a flexible traction mechanism of a window lifter. The rope drum (3) is formed in one piece with a bearing cover (2) of the rope drum housing, which forms a bearing position for the output shaft (W) in the inserted condition. The bearing cover is formed in a single piece at the rope drum. The rope drum and the bearing cover consist of plastic. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a kit for manufacturing of a rope drum arrangement for a motor vehicle window lifter (2) a method for manufacturing of a rope drum arrangement from a kit.
