A loose wheel bearing is designed as an axial bearing defined via roller friction. A loose wheel (1) is mounted over a conical bearing point (2) with correspondingly-formed needle bearing (3), in which the direction of the conical shape is defined by the direction of the toothing in the loose wheel and the resulting axial force.
