Washing-, caring- or cleaning agent (I) comprises a light-active bleaching agent containing titanium dioxide. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process to treat textiles comprising contacting the textile with (I) and exposing the surface of the textiles in light having a wavelength of 300-1200 nm; (2) a process to treat hard surface comprising contacting the hard surface with (I) and exposing the hard surface in light having a wavelength of 300-1200 nm; (3) a process for the cosmetic treatment of human body, comprising contacting the body parts with (I) and exposing the body parts in light having a wavelength of 300-1200 nm; and (4) a process for refreshing (room)-air comprising contacting the air with (I) and irradiating the air with light having a wave length of 300-1200 nm.
