The high voltage heating plate is integrated into a photovoltaic plate, and is inserted or re-tooled behind a solar plate. Solar cells are cooled by evacuation of the heat to a heat exchanger. The coolant is pumped from down to upward direction through the plate. The solar power is used in two ways e.g. for heating and for electricity. The solar plates removes snow layer by heating the solar plates for a short time with the heating plate.
