The dispenser has a pair of pistons (20, 22) respectively guided into a pair of cylinders (12, 14) in a relocatable manner. A piston holder (24) and a moving spindle (30) are activated such that shifting of the pistons with respect to the associated cylinders is caused. The piston (20) rotates the other piston in a direction of shifting with respect to the cylinder (12), where the piston (20) is designed as an annular piston. An inner wall of the cylinder (12) overlaps with an outer wall of the other cylinder (14).
