The fuel tank (1) has a flange (4) attached to an opening (3), and an electronic logic unit (7) e.g. printed circuit board, provided in a housing, where the housing is a part of the flange. The flange exhibits electrical plug connections (8, 11) for contacting the electronic logic unit. A piezo unit is designed as a pressure sensor and a fuel filling level sensor, where the logic unit is designed to pre-process signals of a sensor. A recess closeable with a cover is formed in the flange for holding the logic unit.
