The local galvanizing of heat sink comprises cleaning a galvanizing zone of the heat sink, continuously contacting the zone with a zinc solution through a supply element filled with a galvanizing solution, to remove oxide coating on the zone surface, according to which the zinc solution is poured for recovering, washing the zone with nitrate and water, continuously contacting the zone again with the zinc solution through the supply element, to remove oxide coating on the zone surface, according to which the zinc solution is poured for recovering, washing the zone with water, drying the zone, continuously contacting the zone with the galvanizing solution for producing a galvanizing layer on the surface of the zone, and washing the galvanizing layer on the surface of the zone with water. The galvanizing solution is held by the supply element with the galvanizing zone in continuous contact. The supply element does not contact the zone, and the galvanizing solution flows continuously by the supply element into the zone. The galvanizing solution is a nickel solution. The zone of the heat sink is a recess or a plane surface. An end of the supply element turned to the zone covers only the zone. Surface of the end of the supply element turned to the galvanizing zone is smaller than the galvanizing zone.
