The balancer (1) has three arms (4) connecting a felloe (3) at a steel staff (2), and a double escape plate co-operating with a pallet, where the felloe and the arms are made of a single part in titanium or titanium alloy for highly exposed light patterns. The arms radiating from a drilled central part (5) are driven on a journal of the staff. The staff supports a collet (8) that receives a spiral.
