The component (8) has an air exchanging channel for passing a pressure balancing medium for pressure balancing between the atmosphere outside of an oil balancing container (1) and the atmosphere in an inner space (5) of the container. An impermeable inserting unit (23) for the pressure balancing medium is arranged in a section of the air exchanging medium. The inserting unit is arranged such that a direct impinging of the water steam or vapor steam at the inserting unit and/or a direct access at the inserting unit using a rigid unit is prevented. An independent claim is also included for a locking unit for locking a container.
