The method involves compressing a concrete into paste-like consistency through an extrusion head (6). The concrete is deposited from the head into a mold during discharge process. The mold is moved with speed of the concrete relative to the head such that the relative speed between the mold and the concrete is zero. Mold sections (8) are opened at ends transverse to longitudinal axis such that the sections form a continuous channel. The extruded concrete is deposited in the channel. The head is provided with a cover with an inner side made of plastic. A damping pipe (5) is made of rubber.
