The implant structure has a lower part (3) and an upper part (2) i.e. inner cone, aligned adjustably against each other. The lower part and upper part are fixed with each other by a special clamping and fixation screw over a retaining unit. An outer cone is formed as a prosthetic cap (1) that rounds-off as four elements of the structure. The upper part is shaped hemispherical convex at a base. The upper part exhibits half-sided retaining units in form of bar runners (12) and circular runner grooves (10) that correspond to the lower part.
