The device i.e. database module-client (1b), has an observer (2a) for registering processed data (3a, 3b, 3c) that are produced by a component (5). A database is provided for storing and providing the data for a connected component. An interface (15b) is provided for transmitting and receiving the data and is connected with a server. The device is formed such that a request is sent based on the processed data and receives authentication from the server. The database stores the processed data after authentication. An independent claim is also included for a method for structuring and arranging data in a data management system.
