A device (14, 15) with heat guiding devices (16, 17) is provided for changing the surface temperature of the compression plate and/or the surface temperature of the object table, where the material that is utilized for designing the heat guiding device is transparent for X-rays. A sensor is provided for detecting the surface temperature of the compression plate and/or the object table.
