The system comprises a sealing element (3) which is automatically pulled by the rising water level to the functional safety height. A tear proof and flood proof film is used as sealing element. The film is joined waterproof with a building wall (2) in the base area of a receiving channel (1). The sealing element is folded in hose shape in the rest condition in the area of the receiving channel. The sealing element rests ready to function rolled on the floating body in the resting condition in the area of the receiving channel.
