The valve has a base (7), valve seat (4), valve disk (13) and a prestressing element (18), where the valve disk is movable between an opened position and a closed position, and lies in the closed position at the valve seat. The prestressing element prestresses the valve disk into the closed position, and a control rod (9) is provided, in which the valve disk is rotatably attached. The control rod is adjustable in an axial direction in the base, and is connected with the prestrssing element. An elastic support element connects the valve disk with the base.
