The device has an antenna (101) with resonance characteristics for lights radiated for stimulation of Raman-dispersion, where the antenna has a small transmission head or edge with a radius of below 10 nanometers. The head or edge transmits energy to molecules that are to be examined. The head or edge is connected with an even-fleeced gold wire (102), where the wire has a superior strong light-induced fluctuation of electrical field strength during radiation of the light to the wavelength and polarization, which are suitable for stimulation of Raman-dispersion. An independent claim is also included for a method for top-reinforced resonance Raman microscopy.
