The optics has a carrier glass (6), where a sample (7) is arranged on a side, turned away from the optics, of the carrier glass. Illuminating light escapes from the optics to illuminated beam (5), which includes an angle of 90 degree on the surface of the carrier glass. A pair of optically effective units, which affects the form and direction of the illuminating beam, is arranged outside of a detection path of rays (9), which guides the light of a detector coming from the sample.
