The place has a wire piece (9) connected with an attached electricity meter (4), where the wire piece is inaccessible from a connection side of the electricity meter. The wire piece stands in connection with a terminal section (3). A lead sealable cover (15) is provided for blocking access to a terminal section. A blocking unit (18) prevents the movement of the electricity meter in an opposite direction and is accessible for actuation only when the cover is detached. The latch of the blocking unit is swivelable around a rotational axis parallel to a displacement direction of the meter.
