The control unit has multiple cameras for detecting motion sequences continuously and discretely. A file system is provided for controlling a training progress. A silhouette is scanned for the better identification of a performing training pair, where the scanned silhouette is stored as a base frame. A simulation is provided for the composition of the choreography, where muscle groups required for the motion sequences are added into an expandable simulation model in accordance to the condition of the medical knowledge.
