The arrangement has a screw (3) provided with an outer thread, and a weld nut with an inner thread and fixedly connected with a component (2). A compensating bushing (5) has a flange (8) at an end, and the bushing rests on a component (1) in an assembled condition. The bushing has a resting collar (9) at the end turned away from the flange. The bushing has an inner diameter smaller than the outer thread of the screw. A friction closure is produced between the bushing and the screw by an encapsulated adhesive. The bushing has an inner thread screwed for deforming the components.
