The device has a stud-bolt (3) arranged within a spreader ring (2). A screw clamping unit (4) is arranged adjacent to the ring and has a threaded hole (6) attached to a screw thread. A thrust clamping unit (8) is arranged at an end of the ring, rests at the ring and is provided with a clamping cone (7). The unit (8) is mounted on the stud-bolt such that distance change between the units causes an uniform diameter change of the ring over an entire height, where a profiled pipe (1) attached to the ring is tightly wound by the diameter change and the distance change is caused by the stud-bolt.
