The device (10) has an incursion time calculation unit calculating a start time of detected signals based on two crossing times. The start time is indicated as an incursion time, when a waveform of the detected signals is increased. The incursion time is indicated in order to display detected data inclusive of the incursion time. An information processing unit (14) determines distribution of radioactive isotope in an object based on multiple sets of the detected data, which are valid and according to the incursion time.
