Ultrasonic measuring device calibrating method for determining thickness of individual layers of multi-layered lacquer structure in automobile lacquer, involves covering one of layers of steel plate with coverings at different sections
The method involves covering one of individual layers (1) e.g. cataphoretic painting layer, of a steel plate (S) with coverings at different sections. Remaining individual layers (2, 3) are coated in such a manner that lacquer sections with different set of individual layers are formed on the sheet plate after the removal of the coverings. The total layer thickness of the respective lacquer section and the layer thickness of an entire lacquer structure (L) are measured magnetic-inductively. The thickness of the individual layers of the lacquer structure is determined.
