The artificial capillary membrane system for wound treatment, comprises a capillary hollow fiber membrane system having a common inlet and outlet connected with a pumping device, and a fluid media feed pump and/or a medium feed pump and/or a medium discharge pump and/or a medium circulation pump arranged in the capillary system. The artificial capillary membrane system for wound treatment, comprises a capillary hollow fiber membrane system having a common inlet and outlet connected with a pumping device, and a fluid media feed pump and/or a medium feed pump and/or a medium discharge pump and/or a medium circulation pump arranged in the capillary system. The capillary system is associated with the surrounding space that forms a first independent compartment, is capable of perfused, forms a second independent compartment and is made of 1-1000 hollow fibers with a molecular weight cut-off for molecules of 35000-45000 MW. Three additional capillary hollow fiber membrane systems that form a second, a third and a fourth independent compartment, are intended. Each capillary system has an inlet and an outlet. The capillary system that forms the second independent compartment is composed of 2-100 hollow fibers that are aligned in the form of a meander and have an inner diameter of 40-800 mu m. The capillary system is connected to a device for pressure regulation and/or flow control and/or malfunction shutdown and/or heating or oxygenation of the medium and/or with sensing probes for pressure, flow, phosphorus dioxide, carbon dioxide, temperature, pH, electrolytes, glucose, lactate and/or regulatory units. The capillary system is mounted and operated in an open perfusion mode, and in a recirculation cycle with medium inlet and medium outlet bends or in a cycle of the counter-flow procedure. The capillary system is placed and operated in the form of a film under a sterilizable wound bandage on the irregular contours of a body, for example the skin surface and/or in the abdominal region and/or in a soft tissue wound. The capillary system has an additional suction line for secretion and/or liquid and/or wound debris. The capillary system is placed and operated on/in a wound with an integrated suction sponge. The suction sponge is designed in such a manner that a negative pressure is produced in the first compartment while perfusion occurs in the other compartments.
