The device has mounting sections (1) which are attached at an inner side of a tank structure (2), and mechanical fastening parts (3) which are provided for fastening composite panels (4) at the tank structure. The composite panels are fastened using material-conclusive connections. The mounting sections are provided with a set of holes in a base surface. A flange that points inwardly, is arranged at a side of a laminated sleeve, where the side is turned towards the tank structure. An adjusting unit is arranged between the flanges of the section and the tank structure.
