The holder has retainers (40, 42, 44) for fixing a component part and container (12) at the holder. The holder is fixed indirectly through holding arms at a frame component (10) of a lorry. Mudguards (20, 22) of a wheel of the lorry are fixed at additional retainers (50, 52). A circular closed frame (28) runs in a vehicle e.g. lorry, longitudinal and/or vehicle vertical direction. The frame is arranged in a lateral distance to the frame component of the lorry. The additional retainers for the mudguard are designed as a plate part running in the vehicle transverse direction.
