The winder has a rolling bed formed between two bearer drums (1, 2). The bearer drums are electromagnetically liftable under production of air gaps (11, 12) and are supported in a lifted position resiliently corresponding to intensity of an electromagnetic field and dimensions of electromagnets. One of the bearer drums is supported on rails (9, 10), on which the drum is electromagnetically adjustable according to a winding periphery of the bearer drums.
