The meter has a counter housing, and a screwed ring provided for fixing of a measuring tool and a viewing glass at the counter housing. A circular gap is provided between the screwed ring and the viewing glass. A making part (10) is fixable outside the screw ring. The marking part has a partial circular surface with an upper side and a lower side (11`), and a strip (13) adjusted to the screw ring-inner side. A springy tongue (14) is provided at the strip. The glass supports a stop cam. The tongue is engaged behind the stop cam in a final mounted condition.
